Publish online yellow pages on a CD

I plan to publish our online yellow pages on a CD. Could anyone PLEASE suggest a software solution?

Here you have 2 solutions:

1) Either you can create your yellow pages in html and use any eBook Compiler to compile it and write it on the cd.

2) OR you can go for customise package.

But I suggest you that don't go for any customise package and try some eBook Compiler or some other solution.
