I'd have to say that http://www.racklocation.com is one of, if not the best dedicated server/co-location comapnies I have seen out there. They have awesome prices.. and their support is sweet too! Check them out.

At the time of this post Racklocation is up to it's eyeballs in trouble with a lot of customers. Their connections with PogoLinux are somewhat suspect, and many people who recently got servers from them have found it next to impossible to contact the company regarding exactly where their money has gone...
