I'm looking for a new host and so far Web Intellects seems like a really good option. Does anyone here host with them, or have you had experiences, heard things, etc.?

A good way to see how their customer service is, is to email their tech support and see how long it takes to get a response. Also ask for uptime reports.

Also ask for uptime reports.Not 2 support - you will get automated replies. Try to contact either webmaster/admin. Check the uptime report through a 3rd party website. ADOLOMA.COM is one website which contains correct records of many web hosts. I am not sure about above one.
