Other then HumanClick and Livehelper what are the other chat software available free?

You can always use ICQ or AIM but that doesn't look as "professional".

True, and there is always MSN Messenger but I like all the added features that HumanClick and Livehelper has with the reporting and transcripts. You can also watch someone go through your site and see where they came from.

I'm wondering if there are others out there. I remember one from the last Fall Internet World with the slogan "Freeze Your Brain" but I can't find it at all.

Then there are the companies that will answer questions for you with a human operator if you're not around. Which companies do them?
