When you're searching our network for pricing information, look for the CNET Certified logo next to a provider's name.
To become a CNET Certified service, providers must:
1. Supply CNET with comprehensive, up-to-date package/plan information, prices, features, promos, and URLs.
2. Provide a complete customer service policy on the client Web site. The policy must be clear and easy to find and should include information about:
Customer support
Technical support
Contact information
3. Promise to conduct all transactions in a secure environment, using a secure commerce server and encryption technology.
4. Process orders promptly and send an email confirmation and order summary within one business day of receiving the initial order.
5. Respond to all customer service emails and phone calls within two business days.
6. Post publically available, easily viewable versions of:
Usage/terms policy and guidelines
Satisfaction policy
