How do I know if I have to file quarterly individual estimated tax payments?

Hi,
Like same here...I am also going to be making quarterly estimated tax payments for 2010, but it seems like the amount i would be paying is much less then what i would end up paying at end of year. Please let me know if you someone sound knowledge.
