What kind of problems are you having with the server? Does it tend to go down often and what kind of plan are you on. I had a server at EV1 that was an AMD Duron and the processor load was not able to handle the forums I was hosting on the server and it froze at least 2-3 times a month.

I couldn't get my domains migrated. But after working with SWsoft tech support that installed a new rpm build for PMM (Plesk Migration Manager) I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.....

To be honest with you, the only problem I've heard and experience in the past was their billing issue. They tend to over charge, and mistakenly charge you; even if you disconnect your server, for some odd, and apparent reason; the billing cycles continue.

Other than that, their support and quality of servers are excellent.

Unfortunately, I've heard that before in other chat areas about datacenters. Perhaps it's there weak point... I would always call , even twice if necessary to confirm if your cancellation went through. Just to be sure.

Planet was acquired by Softlayer guys who have a pretty cool management and lot of automation's. Planet should be much better off now.
