Flash Designer Need (site work)

I'm in need of someone to make modifications to Flash and HTML websites. Please reply in PM or email with your hourly rate. The sites that you will work on will most likely be templates that are bought from templatemonster.com and sites like them.

Chances are it will be simple text modification and small graphic updates. All information will be provided.
