Ok - in short

We had plenty of bad experiences with hosting companies. Switching to servage was a decision we made based on a review we did and pre-sales services, They were really patient and supportive, compared with others.

Why stay away now? ... 3 main reasons
1) their services offered don't work, e.g. newsletters never get send, other autoinstaller programs are worthless and 3rd party offers even fraudulent.

2) guess what - they must be one of a remaining few not supporting "multi-language" platform ... hey we are in the 21. century now, where are they hanging around.

3) their ticket system is light-speed (as long as it suits them) ... any serious issue addressed, they simply stay away and don't answer anymore.

Well - with so much business earned on the net and thousands of "satisfied" customers, there is no real need on a customer "SERVICE" these days anymore. May I user their ill-pich and praise myself of having a few more thousands sattisfied customers? this self-praising sales pitches stink to the roof!

Consider any other - but our suggestion - stay away from servage!
