whats up with this "3-1 upstream-downstream" ratio on b/w usage?
i heard about it on some other forums... n confused as to what it is... cuz i haven't heard about it anywhere else... and that they're actually refusing new clients that use their feeds for hosting... ? hmm... *really confused*... cuz i mean... they have this 'huge' dwdm backbone and can't even handle new 'hosting' clients? not bright considering they are not even near profitable yet... ?
lol... and i hear they came in last by a long shot on the boardwatch backbone index... but i can't seem to find the url on their website (but their print magazine is the one with the index in it i think)...

I have a full cabinet in Santa Clara with Cogent bandwidth you you need some space and bandwidth. Also includes remote reboot device for your servers.
$50/1U $50/Mbps
I don't know where your getting that Cogent is slow but I have not had any problems with Cogent so far.
