I am looking for reliable place where I can host video file sharing web sites.
Do you think that these premium web hosting plans offered by pacifichost.com can be good for me?
Any other information about this company? Where can I find reviews about them?

You can search places like webhostingtalk.com for reviews, or do a google search.
For a video streaming site, though, i'd recommend a VPS or dedicated server.

I believe you might need high bandwidth and system resources to provide quality streaming, so I believe the good company offering dedicated servers (or at least a VPS) would be good choise.
Particularly try to take a look at the offers of kodohost.com. Their unmetered dedis are being great for hostng sites like this.

There are many hosting companies however, if you want to host video streaming website then network connectivity is the main thing you should check before selecting any hosting company. There are many companies who have 5 x 10 Gbps uplinks for their Data centers.

Connectivity will play an important role when it comes to streaming and hence I would suggest you to consider a hosting provider who offers 100 mbps (minimum) connection with the dedicated servers. A dedicated server would be an ideal solution for your requirements and hence I would suggest you to start with it.
