Hello All!
Before saying "Lets kill spammer!", please read the post
Yeh, I am looking for SPAM tolerant hosting option, but not becouse I am going to spam, but as I got tired of changing providers becouse of some spammers!
I and guys run a Free URL Forwarding service (also known as Free Url redirection).
In general URL forwarding gives users the ability to mask their long URL with a short one in form of sub.domain.com,
where domain.com is my domain, and sub.domain.com is URL that users get.
(the most well known examples of such service are www.cjb.net, www.neaturl.com)
You know, all free services sometimes attract spammers.
And though this service is far less risky than e.g. free hosting, there are still a kind of risk to accept a spammer on the board..
And it usually happens once in 2 months, unfortunately..
And once again I am asked by my hosting provider to kindly move somewhere
I've heard Yipes dont care about spam too much. Also I beleive anti-spam rules in Europe is not so strict as in USA, or asian hosting, or what?
Please, your comments, suggestions, recommendations, anything.. I'll really apreciate!
Thanks

Spam hosting aka bullet-proof hosting
Hi Vano,
Try the following companies:
www.a1-bulkemailhost.com
www.bulkemailusa.com
www.leadsupportcenter.com
www.pacific-marketing.net
www.bulkemailnet.com
Have a good look through their policies and send an email to them to make sure they are ok with what you do.
All the best
Tommy

Thanks, Tommy
Wow, I didnt know such services exist.
Looks like if a person has enouth money, he/she can send bulk emails absolutely legally... and with guarantees..
The "problem" is that I am not going to send bulk emails
Anyway, thanks,
Vano

I'm not sure how long such services will continue to exist. If 2002 was anything to go by we are going to see more and more US states signing up to anti spam laws http://www.spamlaws.com/state/index.html
In the next few weeks, Burns's CAN SPAM Act will be reintroduced, and many insiders believe this time it will likely gain the necessary momentum to pass through the Senate Commerce Committee in the next few months.

suggestions/advise
but the problem is if the hosting provider is the tolerant of spam, anti spam companies such as spamcop will block all email coming from your ip address and you won't be able to send your email and will receive lots of mailer daemons.

I just gone for:
page http://bulletproof.250free.com/
I accept that it is specially designed for bulk and SPAM policies....
but still on that also they won't assure as 100% of spam proof...
when we didn't get 100% there also.....
it's better to rely on host default support of SPAM policy.......

A handy website:
http://www.dnsstuff.com
Once you get your IP address for these kind of web hosts it's worth running it through the 'Spam database lookup' (top middle). Given the jist of this thread is regarding e-mail, it's worth checking if that IP is blacklisted heavily or not. Some very large ISP's use RBL's such as SPEWS to block mail which will negate much of your marketing if it's all sent into a blackhole.
However it's not what the thread starter was looking for though 'junk mail friendly' web hosts would probably be an option to consider if you expect trouble.
