Hi,
Welcome to the WHD forums
I would hope that you received information such as this in your Welcome letter from your host? If not, you should have and it should contain info on how to access your account, as well as any control panel you were provided with.
Every control panel is abit different in terms of access so you really need to look to your host for this answer.
