A Good Radio Stream Server

Hi All, i got a server with interland the past two months. Probably my worst ever experience, and due their lack of technical support i just want to see if anyone else offers a stream server and knows what technical support means. In other words KNOWS when the customer has a 24 hour radio up, it should be their top priority to make sure any errors caused by their selection are fixed ASAP not like interland who's poor knowledge of server selection and software has cost me thousands of dollars in just the past few hours.

Please anyone.. who already has a good host who provides dedicated servers for the use of streaming media... matching the current specs.
